Looking forward to a busy Autumn!

Summer 2010 was a busy and really exciting time for us at Total Training.  We undertook two significient development projects for the business,  our new Website and our Online Learning Platform (CDS).  Autum brings the development stages to a close as we launch both of these projects over the coming weeks.  So lots done and more to do!  Really looking forward to hearing everyones feedback once we go live.

Some exciting new online programmes this autumn at Total Training include a FETAC certified Retail Revive Programme.  Its an extensive programme aimed at the Retail Sector and we’re starting with the Customer Service module.  This module emphasises the importance of excellence in Customer Service and encourages a focus on customer service in addition to product...something we hope will help strengthen the Irish Retail Sector.

In addition we are launching our Data Protection Programme for both the Health and Business Sectors.  Its an exciting opportunity to deliver mandatory training in an e-learning environment.  This method for delivery means we can delivery training in a really cost efficient manner.  Watch out for further mandatory training options over Autumn/Winter 2010.
